Kedron Banks
Kedron Banks is a personal trainer who earned his Bachelors in Exercise Science, while minoring in Kinsiology multi-disciplinary studies at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, in addition to earning his Masters in Sports Management. Kedron earned a scholarship to play collegiate football at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, which forced him to develop his knowledge and technique in vigorous movements, as well as speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) Currently Kedron is a certified personal trainer by the Nation Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
He continues to seek high levels of education within and outside of sport training/personal training. Come the Fall of 2020 he will entering his doctorate school program of Chiropractic at Parker University in Dallas.
Banks strives to pull out the best in his athletes, and clients that he trains. He loves seeing true improvements in people structural-change and motor skills, which he believes is a need for us all.
Kedron focuses a lot on injury prevention exercises due to chronic stress overtime. He understands that the chronic stress wears on the body leaving us with less mobility and function in our bones and joints. His clients are able to feel, and live a good health lifestyle.
