EACH OF OUR FITNESS CLASSES ARE HELD BY A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, AND/OR GROUP EXERCISE INSTRUCTOR. CLASSES ARE HELD IN THE MORNING & EVENING. ALL CLASS ARE BEGINNER FRIENDLY, AND SELF-PACED. HOWEVER, OUR SMALL GROUP CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO PUSH YOU TO YOUR LIMITS. YOU WILL BE SURROUNDED WITH LIKE-MINDED AND UPLIFTING PARTICIPANTS AND COACHES WHO'S READY TO SUPPORT, GUIDE, CONNECT, AND ULTIMATELY HELP YOU SUCCED IN YOUR HEALTH & FITNESS JOURNEY.
